about me

I am an incredibly experienced Apple technician. In the last 13 years I have repaired over 6000 machines personally and supervised the repair of over 10,000 machines. I am capable of doing jobs that even Apple won't do including liquid damage, out of warranty repairs, screen replacements, keyboard replacements, logic board repair, virus and spyware removal, aftermarket upgrades, and more.

I specialize in customizing machines for DJ's, musicians, producers, graphic designers, and power users. As a music engineer, producer, and DJ I not only understand the computer side of the production world, but the hardware and software side as well. Even though my expertise is dealing with creative professionals and heavy users I also understand the needs of daily general users as well. My main goal with any user is to make the computer experience as smooth and painless as possible. I also offer one on one classes teaching the basics of most computer applications just in case you are new to computers and need help integrating the computer into your life.

I provide professional repair service that prides itself on getting the job done correctly and in a timely fashion. I believe that honesty and transparency are very important with computer repair so that you can make an informed decision regarding your devices. Because I don't have a storefront I am able to offer great prices on services, repairs, and upgrades.

Beat apple's planned obsolescence!

If you haven't noticed, Apple is constantly bombarding the public with new products that have little or no real advantages over previous models. It feels like every week we see new updates and after upgrading we realize that our machines run slower and certain things don't even work anymore! You think to yourself "well I guess it is time for me to invest in a new machine because mine is slow and out of date." Apple's plan to sell you their new product has worked!

Now, in rare cases a new machine is the right option but most of the time this is not the case. What Apple doesn't tell you and what most people don't know is that when Apple sells a computer they usually sell it with minimum specifications and that your machine most likely has the potential to be upgraded far beyond the hardware that is currently installed. In many cases you can upgrade your computer to be 5-10 times faster than when it was brand new!

Not only is refurbishing your current machine usually a more cost effective option it is also a much more environmentally responsible option. A shiny new machine may appeal to our consumerist senses but in truth it is creating waste and uses up earth's valuable resources.

To put this in perspective, in quarter 4 of 2013 (the most current year I could find specs for) Apple sold 33.4 MILLION iPhones, 14.6 MILLION iPads, and 3.8 MILLION Mac Computers. Now that is just one quarter of one year and Apple's popularity has only grown since 2013. Think about all of that metal, plastic, waste, pollution, wasted money, and wasted time! Doesn't fixing your current machine seem better solution?
